JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng premier David Makhura says the province doesn’t have enough budget for infrastructure development and therefore the government must reach out to private sector.

He says The report provides the basis for prioritisation and policy adjustments to achieve better results for the citizens.

Makhura says the report tells the story of the work that has been happening since 2014 in the province.
